#16: Russell Westbrook (2008–Present)
Triple-doubles were rare—until Russell Westbrook made them routine. In 2017, he became the first player since Oscar Robertson to average a triple-double across a season, then did it three more times. Westbrook won the league MVP that year, averaging 31.6 points, 10.7 rebounds, and 10.4 assists.

Explosive, emotional, and relentless, he brought energy to every possession. Westbrook leads the NBA in all-time triple-doubles and ranks top ten in assists. From OKC to L.A., he’s always played at full throttle. His critics saw chaos. His fans saw passion. But everyone knew one thing—when Westbrook hit the court, the motor never stopped.
