#35: Mike Conley (2007–Present)
Mike Conley’s game has always been about balance—between scoring and passing, poise and pressure. As the long-time floor general for the Memphis Grizzlies, he was the quiet anchor of the “Grit and Grind” era, helping lead Memphis to the 2013 Western Conference Finals. He holds franchise records in points, assists, and steals.

Though he didn’t make an All-Star team until his 14th season, his consistent excellence never went unnoticed by those who played against him. Conley’s left-handed floater, calm demeanor, and clutch play made him a leader. Reliable, underrated, and respected—he’s always been better than the hype.
