#4: Bill Clinton
Being the first U.S. president to be sworn in from the Baby Boomer generation, Bill Clinton left a great legacy as the 42nd president of the United States. It is well-known that the Clinton administration brought about the longest period of prosperity and peace in the U.S. in the nation’s history. From an economic and social perspective, Clinton did many things right.

Having graduated from Georgetown University, won a Rhodes Scholarship to study at Oxford as well as received a law degree from Yale University, it is safe to say that Clinton’s high IQ of 159 took him far in life. A Democrat from Arkansas, Clinton dedicated his life to making a difference for all people through public service.
