Todd, the sleek and equally high-strung neighbor who shares Margo’s frustrations, adds hilarious energy with his sarcastic remarks and constant disbelief at the Griswold household disasters. His polished, yuppie attitude makes every ruined moment funnier, especially as he and Margo slowly unravel thanks to Clark’s over-the-top holiday enthusiasm.
Before joining the cast, Nicholas Guest was steadily working in film and television, building a résumé filled with dramatic and comedic roles. He was recognized for his versatility and clean-cut screen presence. Christmas Vacation helped introduce him to an even wider audience during a strong phase of his acting career.
